We are proud to recognise the outstanding accomplishments of two incredible IBL students, Jordan and Talia (Tali), who have successfully completed their six-month internship with us as part of their undergraduate degree at Monash University.
During their time here, Jordan has been involved in developing some groundbreaking additions to our programs, including Superimagery and Supercyber. From innovating ways to explore the world around us using Nearmap and Tello Drones to creating a cyber safety game in Unity 2D, Jordan has showcased remarkable talent and dedication. His contributions extend beyond these projects, with his involvement in Industry Immersions and the creation of valuable educational resources.
"Monash Tech School has gone above and beyond to offer a truly special internship. The breadth of knowledge and experiences I've been exposed to have helped me grow as an IT professional. I've enjoyed having the autonomy and trust to champion projects of my own and help the team in a meaningful way." - Jordan
On a similar note, Tali has made significant contributions during her time with us. She has worked on developing and facilitating our groundbreaking Superimagery and Supersport programs, as well as lending her expertise to the facilitation of core programs. Additionally, Tali has played a key role in the design and development of new bespoke MTS items which will continue to shape our program deliveries. Her willingness to step out of her comfort zone and learn new skills has been commendable.
"This internship has encouraged me to step out of my box and learn skills in various new areas, the people and culture have been wonderful, and I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else over the past 6 months. Thank you" - Tali
As we bid farewell to our Semester 1 IBL students and prepare for our new intake in Semester 2, we want to express our deepest appreciation for their hard work, dedication, and the positive impact they have had here at MTS. Their time with us has been instrumental in shaping their professional growth, and we are confident they will achieve great things in their future endeavours.
